cross-functional IT and industrial support to the group's entities. Working in this environment means
dealing with strict security requirements, high availability constraints, and rigorous documentation
processes — a completely different scale from academic or startup projects.
Tech Stack
The mission revolves around the internal development and DevOps tooling used across Orano's teams.

- Documentation as a deliverable — not an afterthought.
Soft Skills

(developers, security, management).
- Coordination: working across teams with conflicting priorities.
- Rigor: understanding why documentation and traceability matter in a critical
industry.
- Autonomy: supporting developers without blocking their work.
Why This Experience Matters
Working at Orano Support is not just "an internship in IT". It is a first immersion into an environment
where a mistake can have real consequences. It completely reshaped how I think about
software engineering: security, traceability, documentation and continuity are not optional — they are
the foundation of every decision.
